Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Efrat Ezra, will be leading the community in this Jewish inspired yoga class Sundays monthly. Yoga along with Jewish spiritual practice helps to bring harmony to body, mind and spirit. The class will focus on breath, spiritual and physical wellbeing with a "Jewish twist".
